Coronavirus Impact Indication Study:

Cycle 2

In early 2021, the second cycle of our COVID-19 Impact Indicator (CVII) study created unique strategic insights for the 12 UK sectors customers, service users, members and supporters, we surveyed as the impact of the pandemic on organisations and individuals evolved.

With a focus on behaviour change catalysed by the pandemic the output data showed:

  • How has the virus affected your customers so far?
  • How will that impact change over time?
  • How will embedded behaviour change impact your customers’ interactions with you?
  • And so much more ...

These startling and actionable findings give us unique insights into behaviour change to do with working, travelling, communicating and buying. And the likelihood of individuals and organisations returning to pre-pandemic behaviours.

If you want to learn more about how COVID-19 has impacted customers’ in your sector from a financial and economic well-being perspective, and how they may interact with you in the future, then there are two ways to start your journey with the Impact Indicator Study.
